tj99 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or in any way using the tj99 platform (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. 03 Account Registration

To access the full range of tj99 services, you are required to register an account on the Platform. The following rules apply to all account registrations and to the ongoing maintenance of registered accounts:

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the Platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identity details, is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and any contact details requested. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. tj99 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.
• You must notify tj99 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account. Notification should be directed to our support team at [email protected].
• tj99 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant, or to suspend or terminate any existing account, at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons.
• Know Your Customer (KYC) verification may be required before withdrawals are processed or at any other time deemed appropriate by tj99. Required documentation typically includes a government-issued photo identity document and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in withdrawal restrictions.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the tj99 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the Platform:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by tj99, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. tj99 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a short processing period. tj99 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
• You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification and compliance with all applicable wagering requirements where bonus funds are involved.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit to your account, or to a method verified as belonging to the account holder.
• tj99 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of approval, subject to verification requirements and the processing times of the relevant payment provider.
• tj99 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal of significant value.
• Winnings derived from fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise prohibited activity will not be paid out and will be forfeited in full.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

tj99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, hedging, arbitrage, or any other method designed to circumvent wagering requirements is prohibited.
• Each promotional offer will specify its own wagering requirement — the multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, where applicable) that must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the time period stated in the relevant promotion.
• Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Details of game contribution rates will be stated in the terms of individual promotions. As a general guide, slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the tj99 Platform are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are available within the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by incorporation.

• Bets are only confirmed once they have been accepted by the Platform and a confirmation reference has been issued. Bets pending acceptance are not binding on tj99.
• tj99 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets that tj99 reasonably believes to be based on insider information, match-fixing activity, or systems designed to exploit pricing errors.
• In the event of a technological failure, system error, or manifest pricing error, tj99 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. Winnings generated as a result of a clear error in pricing or game operation will not be paid and may be recovered if already credited.
• Live betting markets are subject to real-time price fluctuations. tj99 cannot guarantee that a displayed price will remain available at the time of bet placement. If a price changes between selection and confirmation, the Platform will notify you of the new price and give you the option to proceed or cancel.
• Outcomes determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) are final and binding. In-play sports results are determined by official governing body records. tj99's determination of any disputed result shall be final.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tj99 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Creating or operating more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading identity information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events or casino game outcomes.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a manner that generates unintended winnings. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to access your account.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing tj99 staff, support agents, or other players.

08 Responsible Gaming

tj99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to providing tools that help players maintain control of their gambling activity. The following provisions form part of tj99's responsible gaming framework:

• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits at any time through their account settings or by contacting support at [email protected].
• Players who wish to take a temporary break from gambling may request a cooling-off period. During a cooling-off period, the account will be restricted from placing bets or accessing casino games for the duration specified by the player.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of tj99 or the relevant rights holder.

Any unauthorised use of tj99's intellectual property, including the scraping of odds data, game content, or other Platform materials, will constitute an infringement of these Terms & Conditions and may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tj99's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your tj99 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• tj99 is not responsible for any losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including live scores, odds, or statistics, which are provided for guidance only.
• tj99 is not liable for any losses arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, internet infrastructure failures, or other events outside tj99's reasonable control.

11 Privacy & Data
